Poly B Replacement
 

-All cleanup (drywall dust) will be handled by homeowner. i dont clean i plumb.
-All poly will be replaced with pex to reduce costs and all drywall  i can remove but i dont dispose of.
-poly replacement 2500-6000 pending on building size and how many floors/bathrooms.
-If you would like the house shut off valve out of the crawlspace that can be discussed
-If you would like a seperate outside tap system with a manifold for every tap to be shutoff that can be done as well
-If you want all your shower/tub valves replaced that would be extra on top of the repipe cost see below. some i can adapt to pex but not a poly valve
