-moen single handle tap extra tall (for pot filling) and pullout sprayer 600
-waltec 2 handle quarter turn tap 370
-If you need the water valves replaced add 150 both will be done
-If watermain does not work city will be called and we will replace the house main.(extra charge) we don't gamble
-If you pickup your own tap swap out is 195
-If your just require cartridges to be replaced 150 for first moen and 50$ for everyone after (has to be one trip)
-If you need waltec cartridges changed 195 for first tap and 70 for each tap after.

-All taps subject to rust charge 60-150$ depending how badly its seized and how long it takes (some sinks may require replacement)
-moen two handle vanity tap 380
-moen single handle vanity tap 420
-waltec two handle vanity tap 380
-If you want drain replaced to clicking pop up style drain add 100$ (unless rusted in place)
-If shutoff valves are broken both will be replace for 150$
-If house main valve is broken city will be called to turn it off at the street then we can replace the house main.(extra charge) we don't gamble
